Internal quality Steel and Timber stairs

This new design spiral stair offers quality Hardwood steps and powdercoated steel frame at an attractive price. The stair is based on the same geometry as the Award Winning H Series stair assuring safety and comfort.

Design

This new design from enzie is the first to feature a 38mm thick timber treads. Complimenting this tread is a steel balustrade powdercoated in your choice of colours to enable you to blend the stair perfectly with modern and traditional decor. Designed to comply with the Building code of Australia the stair has no gaps larger than 125mm. The stair features a fully adjustable handrail allowing for the stair to be moved and re-erected in a range of locations. The staircase is available in a 1500 mm diameter.

Surface Treatment

The beautiful Timber treads are finished with a in polyurethane to enhance and protect the timber. The column and balustrade are available in a wide range of decorator colours meets almost every decorating situation. To guarantee durability the steel components are powder-coated with polyester paint and oven baked in the factory. All enzie materials are designed to maximise strength, durability and elegance.

 

Strength and Safety

The curved nature of spiral stairs provides a handrail in front of you whilst moving up and down the staircase. Non-slip rubber buttons are set into the front of the treads giving assuring firm grip when ascending and descending the stair. The safety of the system is endorsed by the Building Control Commission with an Accreditation Certificate issued under the BCA. The stair complies with the deem to satisfy component of the Housing code.

 

Space Saving Spiral Stairs

The use of steel enhances the design, the slender central column and handrail allows for more efficient use of space by providing greater width for access.

 

Indicative Pricing

All enzie stairs are custom made to suit individual requirements therefore we always provide a complimentary Measure, Quote and Design service. However, as a guide to pricing we can advise you that a typical 2.8 meter eco series stair including a landing a one meters of Balcony Railing will cost around $4,200 for a powdercoated steel stair with Beech Treads.

 

Easy to Install

All enzie staircases are supplied with an installation DVD and full instructions. Installation of a 2.8 meter spiral stair and balcony railing should take approximately 1 day for a competent home-handyman or tradesman. Assistance is only a phone call away on our Advisory Line 1800 035 078.
