enzie classic (H-S series)

Internal/External quality Steel or Steel and Timber stairs

This newer range has been introduced to satisfy those who require extra security. The system is very similar to the H series stair but the Baluster spacing on both stair and balcony railing is 125 mm maximum. The stair is available with an option of having the handrail 100 mm higher than the H series.

 

Design

The award winning enzie steel spiral staircase is designed with clean sculptured lines which blend perfectly with modern and traditional decor. The modular construction can be assembled to curve to the right or left of the central column. The staircase is available in 1300mm ,1500 mm, 1750 mm and 1880 mm diameters

Surface Treatment

A wide range of decorator colours meets almost every decorating situation ... blend the stair in a monochromatic scheme, dramatically contrast with bold colours or elegantly complement with stainless steel. To ensure durability the steel components are powder-coated with polyester paint and oven baked in the factory. External stairs are supplied galvanized and primed with zinc rich epoxy before being finished in baked polyester powder-coating.

Strength and Safety

The curved nature of spiral stairs provides a handrail in front of you whilst moving up and down the staircase. Antiskid treatment on the tread prevents slipping. The safety of the system is endorsed by the Building Control Commission with an Accreditation Certificate issued under the BCA. Approval from Absac (CSIRO) further endorses the safety, design and quality of the system

 

Space Saving Spiral Stairs

The use of steel enhances the design, the slender central column an handrail allows for more efficient use of space by providing greater width for access.

 

Indicative Pricing

All enzie stairs are custom made to suit individual requirements therefore we always provide a complimentary Measure, Quote and Design service. However, as a guide to pricing we can advise you that a typical 2.8 meter H-S series stair including a landing a one meter of Balcony Railing will cost around $6,000 for a powdercoated steel stair, or $11,000 for an all stainless steel stair. A combination of stainless steel and powdercoated steel is available. Timber overlays, if desired will add between $900 - $2000 depending on the type of Timber preferred.

 

Easy to Install

All enzie staircases are supplied with an installation DVD and full instructions. Installation of a 2.8 meter spiral stair and balcony railing should take approximately 1 man day for a competent home-handyman or tradesman. Assistance is only a phone call away on our Advisory Line 1800 035 078.
