enzie Delux Fire Rated

Suitible for ceilings up to 3050 mm

For Heavy-duty commercial applications a folding ladder that fits into the roof space or ceiling cavity is available from enzie. Manufactured to meet fire protection classification A60, designed for installation near machines rooms, lifts, e.c.t. The casing frame and hatch are manufactured in steel a, and primed against rust. The hatch is insulated and equipped with self locking catch which can be complemented with a lock cylinder. Delivered with an anodised aluminium ladder

Safe:

A gas piston counterbalance on the hatch makes operation smooth, quiet and effortless. The ladder can't fall down on top of you or crash back up into the ceiling. The 75mm non-slip treads are a comfortable 240mm apart.

Insulated Hatch:

The hatch is insulated and the unit is fitted with a rubber seal preventing drafts.

Almost Invisible:

Your ladder is completely self contained and simply folds away on its hatch. A slimline architrave and concealed hinges make your ladder blend in with the ceiling so that it almost disappears.

The hatch is finished in white which can be painted if required to suit your ceiling.

Lockable Hatch:

The Delux ladder is fitted with a unique espagnolette lock for security. In addtion to providing security the lock ensures a air tight seal wihch prevent the transfer of dust, drafts and heat.

Easy to install:

All casings have predrilled holes. Spring clips make installation as easy as lifting your ladder into the opening (see chart for sizes). See the video to the right of screen for more informaiton about the installation of your enzie roof space ladder.
